Services & Rates

• Individual therapy sessions for adults.
• Initial free 20 minute in-person or phone consultation upon request.
• Weekly sessions, at 50 minutes each.

• The rate is $180 per session.

• Reduced fee rates for clients undergoing financial hardship is available on a limited basis. This may be discussed in appointment.
• Sessions are reserved for individuals on a regular basis. Please notify me by phone or email 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a session, otherwise you will be charged the full fee.
• Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, or credit card at the time of appointment.

• I am an in-network provider paneled with Premera, LifeWise, First Choice Health (services Kaiser PPO plans), and Regence. Otherwise, if your insurance policy provides you with out-of-network reimbursement for therapy, a monthly bill of services is available upon request.
• Clinical supervision. I am an Approved Licensed Mental Health Counselor Supervisor for Washington State. If you are a therapist seeking individual or group supervision (for up to 2 therapists sharing one supervision session), please feel free to contact me for information or to set up an initial consultation.
